
Makes 1 servings. Count as protein and if using full fat cheese fat too. Pair with veggies on the side for a more balanced carb free meal.
You will need…
- 5 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch (can sub for almond flour)
- 1/4 cup pre-made pesto sauce
- 1/4-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300 F. Whisk 5 eggs with an electric mixer until it forms a cloud like appearance. Add in corn starch at the end and mix in.
Spray a baking sheet with oil spray and spread out the mixture until you form a pizza crust. Place in the oven for about 23 minutes.
Remove from oven. Add pesto sauce and cheese on the pizza and put back in the oven on broil for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Let pizza cool off a few minutes before you dive in.
Notes:
Feel free to use any toppings of choice like marinara sauce or turkey pepperoni!
