Makes one serving
You will need…
4-5 oz. chicken
1-2 large zucchini
2-4 Tbsp. pesto sauce
Directions:
Use a julienne veggie peeler or madonline to cut the zucchini into ribbons. Continue to turn and peel the zucchini until you get to the seeds/core of the zucchini and discard the core.
Add pre-made pesto sauce to the zucchini and chicken. Heat up or serve cold and enjoy.
