
Makes 1 serving (with carb if using banana)
You will need…
- 1.25 cups plain greek yogurt (or 3/4 cup yogurt + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder)
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- dash of vanilla
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Optional: stevia or monk fruit to taste
- Optional: 1/2 banana, sliced
Directions:
Combine yogurt with optional protein powder, optional sliced banana, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and sweetener. Top with nut butter. For best texture put in freezer for 20 minutes (with nut butter on top) to chill before eating!
