
Makes 2 servings
You will need…
- 1/2 pounds deli corn beef
- 1, 14. oz bag shredded cabbage
- 1.5 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 big clove garlic
- 1/4 small white onion
- 2 Tbsp, thousand island or Russian dressing (1 Tbsp. per serving added at end)
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: 4 Tbsp. chopped dill pickles (2 Tbsp. per serving added at end)
Directions:
Mince garlic and chop onion. Sauté garlic and onion in oil for a few minutes until garlic is browned and onion is translucent.
Add in cabbage and corn beef and cook until cabbage is soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
When cabbage is done cooking place in a bowl and top with dressing and optional pickles.
