You will need…
- 4-5 slices turkey or chicken (or can sub for 1 cup cottage cheese)
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 2 large pieces of romaine
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
- 1 small baby cucumber, sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. pickled onions
- drizzle of balsamic glaze
Directions:
Split ingredients between two romaine boats and drizzle with a balsamic glaze on top. Enjoy!
Note: Feel free to add in or sub out any veggies or protein for another option!
