You will need…
Salmon filet
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 plate asparagus
salt and pepper
Optional: 1/2 cup rice (If using rice this meal is not carb free. Make sure to count it as a carb if using rice.)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425F. Line baking sheet with parchment parchment. Place salmon and veggies on baking sheet.
Drizzle oil over salmon and veggies and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
Feel free to substitute out salmon one night for chicken, shrimp or chicken sausage if you want.
