
Makes one serving
You will need…
- 4-5 oz chicken
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup strawberries
- drizzle of balsamic
Directions:
Chop chicken, strawberries and avocado into cubes.
Place of bed of spinach.
Drizzle with balsamic.
Note: feel free to substitute spinach with arugula for a more peppery flavor.
