Spinach Feta Breakfast Wrap

Makes one serving

You will need…

  • 3 eggs
  • 1-2 oz. feta
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 high fiber wrap
  • oil spray

Directions:

Add oil spray to pan. Scramble eggs. When pain is hot add eggs to pan. After about 30 – 45 seconds add in spinach and cheese. Continue to cook until eggs are cooked and cheese is melted.

Add eggs into your high fiber wrap. Fold the ends in and then roll to create a wrap.fold and enjoy!

Note: feel free to sub spinach with other veggies like peppers, onion or mushrooms and feta for other cheeses like goat, swiss or dairy free.
