Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

Makes 1 serving (full breakfast with carb)

You will need…

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
  • 2 Tbsp. psyllium husk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • splash of vanilla
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or less for smoothie bowl)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for at least 90 seconds.
