
Counts as full meal without carb!
You will need…
- 4-5 oz. salmon filet
- 2 cups broccoli
- teriyaki sauce:
- 3 Tbsp.coconut aminos
- 1-2 Tbsp. SF brown sugar (to taste)
- 2 tsp. Rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375F. While oven is heating up add all ingredients for teriyaki sauce in a bowl and whisk well. Line a parchment paper over your baking sheet and place your salmon and broccoli on the paper.
Drizzle your teriyaki sauce over the salmon and broccoli and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
Note: Feel free to swap broccoli out for any veggie and salmon for any protein of choice!
