You will need…
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 4 slices turkey
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- pickled red onions (or regular red onions)
- 1 Tbsp. hummus
- 2 cups snackable veggies: eg. cherry tomatoes and carrots
- 1/2 cup berries
- Side of sauerkraut
Directions:
Split all ingredients besides side of snackable veggies, berries and sauerkraut between two lettuce wraps.
