You will need…
Cookie Base:
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 serving collagen (optional)
- 2 tbsp. Coconut flour
- 1 tbsp. psyllium husk
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- unsweetened almond milk – I used 1 cup but this will vary depending on your protein powder. Start with 1/2 cup and add more as needed to create dough like texture.
- 1 tbsp. Chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. Walnuts
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350F. In a small bowl mix together dry ingredients and then wet ingredients until it forms a dough. Create a ball with the dough and then mold into a bread shape. Place on a non-stick baking sheet and place in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
