Walnut Brownie Bites

You will need…

  • 4 Tbsp. butter (can sub with coconut oil or ghee)
  • 4 Tbsp. chocolate chips + 2 Tbsp.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup (or 4 Tbsp.) monk fruit (I like lakanto brand)
  • 1/4 cup (or 4 Tbsp.) cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts (broken up)

Directions:

Melt the butter and 4 Tbsp. chocolate in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Once melted mix together until it makesa chocolate sauce. Then add almond flour, monk fruit and cacao powder and mix together. Once evenly combined mix in the rest of the chocolate chips (2 Tbsp.) and the crushed walnuts. Roll into 10 balls and serve raw or microwave for 30 seconds for a warm treat.

Note: I recommend the brand Lily’s chocolate chips for a sugar free version sweetened with stevia. If you use regular chocolate I would also count these as a carb source too.

    1. Nope! Just fat if using SF chocolate like Lily’s 🙂 I usually count one ball like 1 serving or Tbsp. of fat
